Return & Refund Policy
Industrial pumps are often supplied against specific technical and commercial requirements. Return or refund eligibility therefore depends on the written order terms and the condition of the supplied product.
Return requests
If you believe a supplied item is incorrect, damaged in transit or materially different from the confirmed order, contact us promptly with the invoice or order reference and supporting photographs where applicable.
Approval required
Products should not be returned without written approval and return instructions from GEN Creative Engineers Limited. Custom-made, modified, used or installed products may not be eligible for return unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, the amount and method will be confirmed after inspection and verification of the return. Freight, handling or other deductions may apply according to the agreed order terms.
